Home » Boys' Basketball NewsTyler Bloyd ESPN College Gameday Making Stops in Lexington and LouisvilleJuly 18, 2012 KentuckySports.co
One of the guys who some of Big Blue Nation AND Card Nation seem to dislike, Digger Phelps, made a stop on ESPN 680 with Jason Anderson here in Louisville and mentioned that ESPN College Gameday would be making stops in the area. Kentucky and Louisville will both host the event during the 2012-13 college basketball season. This will be the first time the Gameday crew steps into the newly built KFC Yum! Center here in Louisville when the Cards take on Notre Dame. Sixty miles east at Rupp Arena, UK fans will attempt to break their 2010 gameday crowd record of over 22,000 when Florida comes to town. We will also see the guys head north to Assembly Hall for a legitimately insane Indiana crowd for you Hoosier fans so prepare yourselves for a wild year.
