Wildcats Land Khalid Thomas

Joker Phillips has landed his tenth commitment for the 2013 football Cats, when he landed Khalid Thomas, a 5'10 175 running back from Tallahasee, Florida. 

Thomas had many, many offers from schools, most notably from schools such as: Georgia Tech, Miami (that would be The U as the kids put it these days), Notre Dame, Ohio St. and South Carolina. 

Thomas, as of right now, is a Top-25 player, and is also the younger brother of incoming freshman, Kadeem Thomas. 

Say what you want now, but Joker Phillips has this football team going in the right direction. This is undoubtedly a huge pick up for the Wildcats, as they look to rebuild into a contender in the SEC for years to come. With this commitment, it shows that Joker wants to win, and is not afraid to stick his nose into Florida to recruit against the big boys of the SEC.
