usbwa_colorThe USBWA OR United States Basketball Writers Association released their version of the 2011-12 All-American Teams and two Kentucky guys have made the rosters. And just a heads up, these All-American teams are chosen on the 10 BEST players in college basketball, regardless of position.

Anthony Davis was selected to the 1st Team All-America, while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was put on the 2nd Team. These are two big awards for the guys, especially Kidd-Gilchrist who has been they type of player any coach in America could ask for on, and off the court.
