The Kennedy Strength and Speed Program is a comprehensive approach to training that addresses all of the vital components involved in achieving optimal athletic performance.
Any student entering grades 10-12 looking to get a 45 minute speed/agility/quickness workout and a 60 Minute total body High Intensity Training strength workout. Workouts are 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
