Kendrick's Jamar Comar was the Cherokees star on offense and defense as the two-way starter led his team to a hard-fought 12-6 win over Chattahoochee County Thursday night at Kinnett stadium.Comar scored on a 46-yard run with only 3:41 left to play in the game to give Kendrick its first lead of the game.
Coach Dukes said, "Comar has been flying below the radar all season", he thinks teams will now be forced to respect his abilities after the break-out game he had verses Chattco.
Comar, a senior said, "these are the type of games you live for". He also, noted we are going to have to play better if we are going to beat Manchester next Thursday.
