B team wins a pair!

The Keller B team went to Timbercreek on Saturday and won a pair despite being coached by Matt Shabay. In the first game they overcame coach Shabay's weaknesses to cruise to a 52-35 win over Fossil Ridge. Blake Campbell was the man scoring 23 points. Keller led 22-4 after the first quarter as Campbell pumped in 12. Cade Johnson had 8, Logan Mikesich 6, Houston Miller 5, Cameron Cohen 2, Douglass Riggs 2, Hayden Frederiksen 2, Blake Shelton 2,  Collin Huntzinger 1, and Brett Lambert 1. The second game saw Keller get off to a slower start tied at 8-8 after one quarter, but Blake Campbell exploded again, this time for 13 in the second quarter as keller built a 33-18 halftime lead. Logan Braden added 8 points in the third as Keller outscored Haltom 21-10 in that frame on their way to a 68-33 win. Campbell had 17, Braden 8, Douglass Riggs 6, Brett Lambert 6, Cade Johnson 6, Logan Mikesich 4, Houston Miller 3, Hayden Frederikson 3, Cameron Cohen 3, Collin Huntzinger 2, Nick Bubany 2, Lane Irwin 2. The B team improved to 8-4 on the year and will play double header next saturday at Southlake.
