It is an exciting time for the Performing and Visual Performing Arts Department students with many events for the public scheduled over the next two weeks. I wanted to extend a personal invitation to all faculty and staff to attend the winter concerts and shows, the student artists and performers love to see their teachers, counselors, and administrators in attendance. As always, JHS faculty and staff are admitted free of charge to our department’s events.
Wednesday, December 7th, 7:00 PM - Winter Band Concert and Silent Auction Event (Visual Art faculty have donated their own AMAZING work for auction)
Thursday, December 8th, 3:00-6:00 PM – Winter Visual Art Show open house event in JHS Media Center, Show will be on display from December 7-14
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, December 8th-10th , 6:30 PM and Saturday, December 10th, 12:30 Matinee – “Best Christmas Pageant Ever” performance presented by the Theatre students along with music performed by Choir and Band students, as well as student Visual Art on display.
Tuesday, December 13th, 7:00 PM – Winter Choir Concert
