By Stephen Holman of Jeffersonville High School

Last night Jeffersonville Girl’s Track team took second in Sectionals by a ½ of a point scoring 99.5 points to Southwestern’s (Hanover) 100 points. Indeed, it was a tough loss but great competition was noted.

If you see ANY of the girl’s on the team, please congratulate them. They are very deserving. It was a tough loss. As a coach, I’d rather lose by 10 points or more rather than a half of a point and I say that in good spirits. Thanks to all of you for the continued support as we maneuvered through this transitional season!
