Blue Jay Boys' Hockey to Host Event

On December 8 at 7:30 PM the Jamestown High School Boys' Hockey team will be presenting their version of the "Teddy Bear Toss". The idea taken from an annual event that is hosted by the Calgary Hitmen of the Canadian Hockey Leagues WHL team.

During their varsity game that evening against WDA opponent Bismarck High anyone bringing a Teddy Bear to the game that night can donate it to charity by throwing it onto the ice following the Blue Jays first goal. The Teddy Bear's will be collected and distributed to local charities in time for the holiday season.
