Home » Cross Country NewsBlue Jays Compete at WDA Cross CountryOctober 10, 2011 Jamestown Senior High SchoolJamestown High School's Allison Allmer finished 2nd at Saturday's Western Dakota Association Cross Country Meet held in Williston. Last spring's Class A Girls 1600-meter champion fininshed behind Bismarck Century's Jordan Jacob for the honors. Both boy's and girl's teams finished in 7th place respectively in both divisions. The girls' team score was 283. Top four runners for the Jays were: #64-Ligia Schulz, #65-Maya Moltzen, #74-Brittany O'Neill, #78-Kaiann Arellano. The boys finished with a team total of 266. Top four runners for the boys were: #38-Kyle Schumacher, #43-Joe Jensen, #44-Aaron Ford, #59-Michael Sorensen. Bismarck High were crowned WDA Champions in both events. Team totals were: Boys - Bismarck High - 15, Century - 84, Williston - 120, Minot - 124, Dickinson - 149, Mandan - 157, Jamestown - 266, Turtle Mountain - 381. Girls - Bismarck High - 42, Century - 47, Minot - 86, Mandan - 121, Dickinson - 130, Williston - 135, Jamestown - 283, Turtle Mountain - 596.
