Home » Girls' Hockey NewsBlue Jay Girls Skaters Win #14!February 4, 2013 Jamestown Senior High SchoolThe Jamestown Blue Jay Girls Hockey team continued their winning ways on Saturday defeating Grand Forks by a score of 5-3 in Grand Forks. It was Grand Forks that actually came out of the gates strong and established a 3-0 lead after the 1st period. However the Blue Jays were able to come back and score 5 unanswered goals in the next two periods to record their 14th win of the season. With this win it set a school record for most wins in a single season for the young program with 4 regular season games left to play. Next action for the Blue Jays is on Tuesday, Feb. 5th when they travel to Mandan to play the Braves. Game time is set for 7:00 PM.
