Gymnasts Out Dual Aberdeen Central

The Blue Jay Gymnastics team kicked off the 2012-2013 season by defeating the Aberdeen Golden Eagles in a gymnastics dual held in Aberdeen, SD last night.

The Blue Jay's posted a season opening score of 138.350 with Aberdeen scoring a 132.750.  Alex Lind from JHS won the all-around with a score of 37.450 with Aberdeen's Alex Clark coming in second with a 34.350.  It was Jamestown's Erin Hillerud coming in 3rd with a score of 33.750

Other Blue Jay All-Around Scores:  7. Abby Conlon - 31.250  8. Jayden Diemert 30.550   9. Glynna Godfrey 28.500.

Next action for the gymnasts is Friday, December 7th when they will compete in an inviational in Dickinson.
