Sara Rondeau has been named the women’s basketball assistant coach at Indiana University East, the school announced Monday.

Rondeau most recently was a women’s basketball assistant coach at Point University, an NAIA program in West Point, Georgia.

“Sara is a tremendous asset to the IU East women’s basketball program,” said Red Wolves head coach Tiffani Selhorst.

Rondeau is a native of Albuquerque, N.M.. She played college basketball at Howard Junior College, where she set a school record with six 3-pointers in a single game, and at Hannibal-LaGrange College, where she was the team’s leading scorer and captain as a senior.
