Manage Online FormsAfter many requests from schools, the iHigh.com tech team has introduced an online Form Manager tool. You can now quickly create a variety of online forms, including surveys, registration forms, order forms and more! Schools can also receive online payment through iHigh.com, who would process the transaction and send you a check. How to use the iHigh Form Manager toolTo get started, click on the "Manage Online Forms" link under the Information Distribution section of Your Website Tools. ![]() Creating a new formYou will now see the Form Manager page. If you have no forms setup yet, you can create a new one by clicking on the "Create New Form" link. ![]() This will bring up the Create New Form page. For this tutorial, we'll create a new Registration Form for a Basketball Camp. First, we'll give the form a title and description, and fill in the basic details. Just click on the "Untitled Form" link: ![]() Form Properties tabThis will bring up the Form Properties tab with several fields in it. The Form Title field is the title of your form displayed to the user when they see your form. For this example, we'll use "Coach Smith's Basketball Camp". ![]() Next up is the Description field. This will appear directly below the form name. Useful for displaying a short description or any instructions, notes, guidelines. ![]() We now have several different options for our form. They include: Turn On Password Protection: If enabled, all users accessing the public form will then be required to type in the password to access the form. Your form is password protected. If you check this box, you will have to enter the password your users will need to access the form. ![]() Turn On Spam Protection (CAPTCHA): If enabled, an image with random words will be generated (audio also provided) and users will be required to enter the correct words to be able to submit your form. This is useful to prevent abuse from bots or automated programs usually written to generate spam. ![]() Limit One Entry Per User: Use this to prevent users from filling out your form more than once. This is done by comparing user's IP Address. ![]() Show Review Page Before Submitting: If enabled, users will be prompted to a preview page that lets them double check their entries before submitting the form. ![]() Require Payment: If enabled, users will be sent to a secure checkout page to pay the amount they select from your form. NOTE: iHigh can now accept secure credit card payment through your form, and will send you a check after the transaction is processed. There will be an 8% service charge on all purchases, so you should set your prices with that in mind. ![]() Success Message: After receiving a successful form entry, you can choose to display either a brief message, or redirect users to another URL. ![]() Show Text: This editable message will be displayed after your users have successfully submitted an entry. ![]() Redirect URL: After your users have successfully submitted an entry, you can redirect them to another website/URL of your choice. ![]() Add a Field tabNow we'll begin entering the fields we need for our form. Click on the box that says "You have no fields yet!" to begin selecting the fields you need. ![]() Note: To duplicate any field you have added, just click the Duplicate button: ![]() Note: To delete any field you have added, just click the Delete button: ![]() There are many different options for building your form.
