Scholars Bowl Results

Hoover Scholars Bowl opened the season at the William Rufus King Invitational in Tuscaloosa this weekend by posting a dominating performance.  The Varsity A squad finished a perfect 10-0 on the day, winning the tourney title outright.  The Varsity B square finished in a four way tie for second place at 7-3, and ended up officially in third place on a points tiebreaker. Meanwhile, our C and D squads both finished in the top 10 in a field of 30, and the E squad, all sophomores, won the tourney JV title and finished in the top 10 overall.   These results qualify both our varsity teams for the national tournament in May.
