Bloomington, Indiana - Will Sheehey, who scored 1,120 points in four years as a member of the Indiana University men's basketball team, has signed a contract with KK Budocnost of the Adriatic League in Podgorica, Montenegro. KK Buducnost will participate in the second-level of European competition, the EuroCup, and its first game will be on October 3.
"I'm really excited to get to Europe and begin my professional career," said Sheehey who came to IU from Sagemont High School in Florida. "It's a very competitive situation and a really good opportunity. As always, I will take things one day at time and see where it leads me."

Individually, his biggest moment came as a sophomore when he hit a 15-footer in the final 13 seconds of the second half against VCU to send the Hoosiers to their first Sweet Sixteen in 10 years.
"That was a wonderful moment for the team and me personally," said Sheehey. "As time has gone on, I realized its importance and am proud of what our team accomplished."
