INDIANAPOLIS — Mike Kirschner is a longtime supporter of the Grange Insurance North-South All-Star Football Classic.
So his words are not taken lightly. The Ben Davis coach, who served as the South’s head coach last summer and an assistant in 2012, said the time has come for a significant date switch.
Kirschner said the game, run by the Indiana Football Coaches Association, should change its annual July date to December to once again attract the state’s Football Bowl Subdivision (formerly Division I) players.
