No one at Indianapolis Colts headquarters would consider the team's 2013 offense a finished product.
And that includes the man calling the plays.
Offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton, coming off his first season as an NFL play caller, has spent considerable chunks of his offseason reviewing film of last season, looking for opportunities to improve.
"I feel like I learned more from my mistakes than our successes," the former college quarterback said. "That's just part of the process."
