Men's Golf Battling for EY Championship Bracket

With two unfinished matches left heading into Tuesday's final round of the Mid-American Match Play, the Ball State men's golf team needs one point to reach the finals.
James Blackwell and Albert Jennings are both in the midst of their final hole of play and will finish those at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. With a combined one point in the final two matches, the Cardinals will advance to the final match of the Earl Yestingsmeier Championship Bracket.
Merkel defeated Ryan Triller of Bowling Green 6 and 5 and then defeated Xavier's John Burger 4 and 3.
Clouser defeated Yuki Kato of Xavier 4 and 3 in the afternoon match, while McKinney beat Chris of Melvin of Bowling Green 4 and 3 in the morning match.
Eastern Michigan has sealed a spot in the Earl Yestingsmeier Championship Bracket and will face either Ball State or Xavier. The Cardinals and Musketeers have two matches with one half a hole to finish in each match.
Once those matches are complete, the other team for the Championship Bracket will be determined.
Eastern Kentucky will face the loser of Ball State vs. Xavier match in the third-place match.
The Consolation Bracket will feature Toledo vs. Miami University for the fifth-place match and Ohio vs. Bowling Green for the seventh-place spot.
The Championship and third-place matches will begin on holes 1-6, while the two matches in the consolation bracket will start on 7-12.
