GREENWOOD – The North took back the cup June 12 by a count of 18.5 to 5 in the 13th Senior North/South All-Star Tennis Cup at Center Grove. The tournament sponsored by the Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association featured standout players from across the state in both singles and doubles.

The ICGSA Tennis Scholarship was awarded to Rachael Bridegroom of Southwood in an awards ceremony after the conclusion of the match, while Carmel’s Sharon Rosenburgh was named the Indiana State Coach of the Year for a season that saw her Greyhounds bring home another state championship.
