Shawn Aylsworth Managing Editor HoosierAuthority.com is once again the place to be for postseason baseball as the Class 3A Plainfield Semistate opener between unranked Edgewood (19-7) and No. 5 Crawfordsville (27-6) will be webcast LIVE Saturday! The baseball broadcast courtesy of Crawfordsville High School will originate at 12:45 p.m. ET. It will be the fourth semistate appearance for the Athenians, the 3A state champ in 2008. The winner will advance to next weekend’s 3A state finals at Victory Field in Indianapolis, where the opponent will be either 10th-ranked New Haven (26-7) or No. 15 Mishawaka Marian (25-7).
