BB RANKINGS: Indianapolis Tech rises from eighth to third-place tie

The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association has released its fifth all-classes-combined poll for the 2012-13 boys basketball campaign, and Indianapolis Tech is screaming up the charts in leaping from eighth into a third-place tie with Kokomo behind holdover Nos. 1-2 Pike and Evansville Harrison.

Teams are listed by rank followed by school, vote total, record, and first-place votes (if applicable). The fifth IBCA poll (from Jan. 7):
