GBB RANKINGS: Columbus North takes over No. 1 spot in 4A

The Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association has released its eighth set of polls for the 2012-13 Indiana high school girls basketball season, and we have a new leader in Class 4A as defending state runner-up Columbus North has supplanted now-4A No. 6 Hamilton Southeastern after thumping both the Royals and now-4A No. 5 Logansport for the annual Hall of Fame Classic title in New Castle.

The other three leaders from the last time – 3A Benton Central, 2A Evansville Mater Dei, and Class A Fort Wayne Canterbury – all stay the same as we enter the 2013 portion of the season.
