The Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Association has released its second set of rankings for the 2012 boys tennis season, and we see that North Central (Indianapolis) has traded places with previous leader Carmel in moving from second to the top of the mountain following the Panthers’ win over the Greyhounds in the former’s prestigious John Shirley Invitational.

Elsewhere inside the Top 10, we find a pair of schools on the rise as Jasper swaps spots with Hamilton Southeastern in going from seventh to sixth and Floyd Central climbs from 17th to 10th. Ascending teams among the second 10, meanwhile, are Perry Meridian (21st to 13th), Evansville Memorial (10th to 17th), Valparaiso (20th to 18th), and Brownsburg (23rd to 20th).
