Here are results from the June 7-8 regional round of the 76th Annual IHSAA Boys Golf State Tournament Series plus the state finals schedule, courtesy of ihsaa.org:

REGIONALS

Admission: Free
Advancement from regionals to state finals: Top 3 teams plus Top 3 low individuals (excluding those individuals who advance with a team), with ties for third place played off in order to advance.

1. CENTER GROVE REGIONAL @ Hickory Stick THUR 8a
Holy deadlock, Batman! Two-time defending state champion No. 2 Brebeuf Jesuit needs its fifth-player score to win a tiebreak for the title with upstart Martinsville after each cards a 305, with No. 19 Indianapolis Cathedral (307) ousting ninth-ranked Avon by one stroke for the final state finals-qualifying spot.

And if that wasn’t enough hysteria near the top for ya, THREE schools shot 313 to end up in a tie for fifth just four shots back of Avon, with Indianapolis Chathard getting the nod on its fifth-player score.

Plainfield’s Rylan Porter earns medalist honors by four strokes over teammate Johnny Gulley after carding a 67, with Dylan Windler of Perry Meridian (72) third and Sam Hall of Heritage Christian (73) fourth.

It’s No. 7 Warsaw in a walk as the Tigers total 308 to defeat Fort Wayne Dwenger by 14 shots for the team title, with Northridge (323) nipping Lakeland by two shots to also adavance to The Legends.

Lakeland’s Spencer Mortola wins medalist honors over Michael Sharp of East Noble on a tiebreak after each cards a 74.
