BT&F RANKINGS: Ben Davis new No. 1 after overtaking Carmel

The Indiana Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches has released its fourth poll of the 2012 boys track & field season, and we have a new No. 1 as Ben Davis has assumed the top spot from previous leader Carmel.

The Giants – boys state champions in back-to-back-to-back seasons from 2008-10 – rise from second into the top spot, Elsewhere in the Top 10, Lawrence Central climbs from third to second, Hamilton Southeastern swaps spots with Pike in moving from fifth to fourth, and North Central (Indianapolis) ascends from 11th to ninth.
