BSw RANKINGS: Chesterton creeping up in latest IHSSCA poll

The Indiana High School Swim Coaches’ Association has released its ninth set of polls for the 2011-12 boys swimming season, and we see only one spot swap going on inside the Top 10 behind holdover Nos. 1-2 Carmel and Northridge.
That would Chesterton, which trades places with Bloomington South in moving from fourth to third. That duo paces the rest of an unwavering Top 10 consisting of North Central (Indianapolis), Bloomington North, Jeffersonville, Westfield, Columbus North, and Fishers.
The rankings are made up by scoring a theoretical 16-place meet using the times/scores of the returning Top 18 individual event times from last year’s sectionals and state finals (as well as the fastest reported times of this season upon its start, now including relays).
Teams are listed by ranking followed by school and vote total. The IHSSCA’s Top 52 (from Jan. 30):
