Sports Physicals Offered

Holden Family Care will offer physicals to Holden High School and Holden Middle School students throughout the school year by appointment only for $20 per person. All money goes to Holden R-III Athletics Department. Call the Holden Family Care at 816-732-6010 to schedule an appointment.
