 Credit Recovery & Summer School

Harpeth High School: Summer Credit Recovery 2012

* Core Academic classes with failing grades 50-69% will be eligible for Credit Recovery at Harpeth

* Registration: Friday, May 18th and Tuesday, May 29th

* Credit Recovery Lab will be open June 4 - June 29 (hours: TBD)

* Credit Recovery is a computer-based program that allows students to earn back failed credits. Students work through lessons to prove mastery of the skills required of their course.

* Regular attendance required for all participating students

Cheatham Academy: Summer School 2012 

* Core Academic classes with failing grades 0-49% will be eligible for Summer School at Cheatham Academy (Credit Recovery may also be done here) 

* Summer School held at Cheatham County BOE Annex Building 

* Students may take new courses with approval from Dr. Webb 

* Registration: May 30th, 8:00am – noon (BOE Annex) 

* Hours of Operation: June 4 – July 27, 8am – 3pm (Mon-Fri)

SENIOR PORTRAITS

On May 11, 2012 we had a meeting with the rising Seniors concerning their Senior Portraits.   Please ask your student for the information that they received at this meeting. Fidelity School Portraits will be contacting you soon to set up your appointments. 

Some parents have called telling us they have received phone calls from Lifetouch/Prestige Photography.  Harpeth High School is no longer using this company.

Fidelity School Portraits
Senior Sitting Plan - $20 sitting fee

Your session includes:

18 casual poses –Up to 3 outfits (2 of which will be outside).  These can be any outfit of your choosing as long as it is school appropriate.

6 formal poses – We provide your tux/drape

 
What to bring...

Consider matching shoes and accessories.

Props:
Express your individuality with a letter jacket, sports equipment, musical instruments, and uniforms.

Friends or Parents:
Friends or parents are welcome to accompany you to your session. They can provide help with outfits and hair as well as joining in for part of your session.

You at your Best:

• Style your hair before arriving for your appointment.
• Bring a brush or comb and make-up for touchups.
• Iron all outfits.
• Limit sun exposure (Sunburns can make for less desirable pictures tanlines tend to be more defined in photographs).
• Get a good night's sleep.
• Tuxedos and drapes for formal poses will be provided.
  Cap and gown colors are set by your school.
