Indian Creek 60, South Decatur 6: Indian Creek rolled up 707 yards of total offense in the victory, tallying 60 points for the second time this season. The Braves, who average 38 points per game on the year, outscored their four conference foes 170-79. The closest game was a 39-35 victory over North Decatur. Milan 43, Shenandoah 39: The Indians posted a big victory, handing a solid 2A Shenandoah squad its third loss of the year, while Milan gained its sixth victory of the season. For Milan, it was its biggest offensive day since Week 5 of last season. Milan is 6-3, and travels to former MIFC member Edinburgh next week in Sectional 39 action. There was no media coverage of the game.
Eastern Hancock 35, Edinburgh 12: Derrik Noel ran the opening kickoff back for a TD and that set the Royals on their way. EH led 28-0 at halftime to pull away to a Senior Night victory. Spencer Gilbert ran for 160 yards for the Royals. He had a touchdown rushing and one receiving. Cooper Henderson also had a rushing touchdown, while Royal QB Logan Splater threw two TD passes. Greensburg 26, North Decatur 7: The Chargers had a tough test against a 3A Greensburg squad in a matchup of teams that came into the game with 6-2 records. North Decatur ripped off an 11-play touchdown drive on the opening possession, capped with Brocke Ricke's 44-yard TD pass to Jason Kirchoff, but it would be all Greensburg from there on. Ricke threw for 127 yards, while Kirchoff had 45 yards rushing and 44 yards receiving to lead the Chargers, who were outgained 300-210. Greensburg had 275 rushing yards in its victory. North Decatur is 6-3, and will play next week at Springs Valley in Sectional 39 action. SEI Local Sports
