Bekah Dickmander had 13 kills, four blocks and four digs. Frannie Stephenson had nine kills and six digs. Lauren Harmon had five kills, four blocks and two aces. Jordian Eastes set up the offense with 36 assists. Hannah Best had 20 digs. Tori Bednarski had had eight digs and four aces. The Royals are now 19-5 on the year. Their next match is Saturday in the county tournament. EH will host the tourney, meeting Greenfield-Central at 11:15 a.m. in the first round. Hamilton Southeastern 3, Greenfield-Central 0: The Cougars dropped a 25-15, 25-23, 25-21 decision to HSE Tuesday night. Rachel Irbe had a strong all-around match with 11 kills, eight digs, one solo block, and two aces. Megan Bradley tallied 21 assists and Jordan Bunch added seven kills. Alex Colclazier was solid on defense and finished the match with 26 digs and 37 serve receptions. Samara Fletcher came off the bench and tallied five digs. G-C coach Rita Rouse said Shelby Davis was strong at the service line and and Addie Hicks came off the bench and helped the team out at the net. G-C fell to 16-9 on the season. HSE improved to 18-7. The Cougars next play Saturday in the county tournament at Eastern Hancock, meeting the host Royals at 11:15 a.m. G-C dropped the JV game 25-8, 25-19. Noblesville 3, Mt. Vernon 0: The Marauders dropped a three-set match to Noblesville, falling 25-14, 25-22, 28-26. MV next plays Thursday at home against Warren Central. Shelbyville 3, New Palestine 0: The Golden Bears stayed perfect on the year with the sweep of New Palestine on the Dragons' Senior Night. Shelbyville won 25-10, 25-9, 25-8. NP (12-15) next plays Saturday in the county tournament. The Dragons will face Mt. Vernon at 11:15 a.m. at Eastern Hancock. Tennis Regional postponed: The boys tennis regional was postponed one day due to rain. The regional semifinals will take place at 4 p.m. Wednesday at North Central, with New Palestine meeting Lawrence North. Also, Mt. Vernon's Ben Bobb/Corey Beck will play Greenfield-Central's Max Holtzclaw/Jake Kauth in the No. 1 doubles individual tournament at the same time. Wednesday's schedule Thursday's schedule
