The Cross Country teams traveled to Holden, Missouri this weekend for our District meet, the qualifying meet for this weekend's State Cross Country Championship in Jefferson City. Our teams gave some great performances, good enough for 12 of our runners to travel to the State meet. Two girls - Sonya Stark and Shekinah Doze - qualified for the State meet with their 13th and 14th place finishes. Our boys repeated last year's performance and came away with a 2nd place finish, good enough to qualify the entire Boys Varsity squad for the State meet.
