Volleyball falls to Kirksville

Last night the Lady Indians traveled to Kirksville to take on the Tigers. The long bus ride, poor communication and offense led to a slow start and we took the loss in the first set 10-25. Finding our groove and stepping up the pace and offense, we made a come back the second set from 3-11 and turned it around to 18-16. The girls really worked hard, but came out on the short end with the set finishing 23-25. This puts our record at 7-11-1 for the season.
Our next match is Thursday AT Southern Boone. JV starts at 6pm with Varsity immediately following.

Our ladies traveled to Kirksville last night and faced a tough JV team which ended with a loss for us in two sets. Our scores were 15 -25 and 14 -25. This leaves our record at 8 - 8 - 2. We face Southern Boone on Thursday and plan on bringing a stronger game to see a different outcome.
