FFA District trap shoot results

Last week we shot at the area FFA trap shoot and placed 8th with the top 7 teams moving on to District competition on Saturday. It wasn't our best outing, but everybody shot in the same conditions.
Thursday afternoon we received a call from Fulton saying they would not be able to shoot on Saturday and we were the first alternate. We were able to gather the top five shooters and headed to New London Missouri for district competition.
District is a tougher competition with each member shooting 100 rounds verus 50 at area. If you have ever shot 100 shotgun shells in a row you would understand the strain it put on the young members. I do not know how we placed on the final count, but below are our team numbers.
Congratulations to Reid Clemens for being high person on the team with a score of 86/100.
Reid Clemens 86/100
Cody Bachtel 84/100
Jesse Fudge 78/100
Sam German 73/100
Seth Enoch 54/100
Seth had a gun issue and had to change to a different gun, using one he had never shot before, he came back very strong after a poor start.
Thanks to all the staff, parents and administration for helping make this happen.
