We attended our first competition of the year at Prairie Grove Shooting Sports yesterday. The weather was great, with a slight breeze. That wonderful breeze caused our team problem as it was lifting the birds up on us. As a team we finished 8th out of 15 schools in Area IV. Team members were disappointed with their performances, but as a team we shot very consistently.

Weeks of practice always comes down to the opportunity to show your stuff. We are a good team and on any given day we could be a great team. I told the team after the competition that great players find ways to over come adversity and keep competing to their best ability, as we will do.
