This weekend the speech and debate team competed at the NEMSHSAA speech and debate state qualifying tournament. The following students will be representing Hallsville at state in Columbia on April 20th:

Terry Deweese-1st Place Dramatic Interpretation
Tonia Bartlett-1st Place Humorous Interpretation
Lauren Butrum-2nd Place Storytelling
