3rd place win at the Southern Boone Tournament

We faced the Linn Wildcats in the third place game of the Southern Boone Tournament on Saturday afternoon. Linn started off quickly and lead 11 to 5 after one quarter. The girls played better in the second quarter, but trailed 30 to 26 at halftime. We made some defensive adjustments at the break and out scored them 32 to 23 in the second half. The ladies won the game by the final of 58 to 53. Improving our record to 13-7 on the year.

Kortney Lebsock came off the bench to provide a scoring spark with 17points. Jordan Dinyer had 17 points as well.

We host South Callaway in a triple-header on Tuesday evening. South Callaway doesn't have a JV girls team this season. The JV boys game will start at 5pm in the West gym. The girls and boys varsity games will follow.
