Varsity Indians defeat Blair Oaks 72-66

Last night the Indians hosted Blair Oaks in the first Tri-County Conference game of the season. After a first quarter of trading baskets with Blair Oaks the Indians were able to put 24 points up in the second quarter and build a 9 point halftime lead.

Blair Oaks managed a couple runs in the 3rd quarter that cut the Indian lead to 2 points entering the 4th quarter. However, the Indians wouldn't be denied on this night making tough free-throws down the stretch and came away with a good victory beating Blair Oaks 72-66.

The Indians were led in scoring by Nathan Katz and Brendan Beatty with both scoring 17 points.
