8th grade boys update

The 8th grade boys traveled to Huntsville on Saturday morning to take on Westran. It was a very exciting basketball game. With 12 sec. left in the 4th quarter, Ethan Thompson drained a three point shot to tie the game at 40.

The Indians made a defensive stop and Graham Moser made a nice play under the basket. Than Kaylope Lee stole the ball during the throw in and scored. We were up by 4 with 5 seconds left in the game. Westran came down the floor and made a three point shoot at the buzzer. We won the game with the score 44 -43. I'm very proud of the boys. Ethan Thompson and Graham Moser both had 12 points to lead the Indians.

Last night the boys played Southern Boone ending the game with a final score of 24-51, the win going to the Eagles. Jordan Brown was our high scorer with 7 points for the Indians.
