MS Girls- 7th grade girls fall to Madison 26-12

Last night we hosted the Madison Panthers in a 7th grade basketball contest. We jumped on the Panthers early taking a 7-6 lead after the first and a 9-6 lead into halftime.

The 2nd half proved tougher as we struggled breaking their press and they knocked down some shots they were missing in the first half and we came out on the wrong end of a 26-12 ballgame.

I'm very encouraged by the first half we played last night showing good improvement from Tuesday night and we look to build off of the first half we played and continue working on our weaknesses as we prepare for our 3rd game of the week.
