District meet results from 10-27 at Bowling Green

Last Saturday, the teams traveled to Bowling Green for the Class 2, District 3 Championships. Our boys team was hoping for another top two finish in order to qualify the entire Varsity squad for the State Championship meet in Jeff City this Saturday and our girls, since we don't have enough to score as a team, were looking to move as many girls as possible on to State.

Our boys ran well, but were unable to secure a top two finish, coming in third place (85 points) behind Wright City (74) and Bowling Green (52). However, Tanner Church, Ben Dupre, and Jonathan Null did qualify for State as individuals and earned All-District honors.

Leah Hicks and Sonya Stark also earned All-District honors and will be making the trip to Jeff City this Saturday with the boys.
