Rainy night for the MS softballers

8th: Last night we hosted South Callaway. We started off slow, facing a good pitcher and unfortunate weather conditions, and were down by 3 in the first inning. We battled back, hit the ball well and made some great defensive plays, but ended up losing 2-5.

7th grade: The girls had a great game. They beat South Callaway 15-0, ending the game early. Pitching seemed to make all the difference; congrats to Allison Reed for pitching a shutout game and to our girls for being aggressive on the bases.

This Saturday the 7th grade team travels to South Callaway for a tournament, playing at 9:00 and 10:30.

We also play next Tuesday (18th) at South Callaway. Thanks for all the support!
