HS Softball v. Westran W 10-2

The Lady Indians hosted the Westran Hornets last night and came away with a 10-2 victory. After 3 innings Hallsville held a 4-2 lead. The Indians plated one more in the 5th and then 6 runs in the bottom of the 6th to extend the lead.

Kylie Bonnes 1-3, 1 run, 3 RBI's

Hailey Crabtree 1-1, 3 runs, 1 RBI

Ashley Reed 3-4, 3 RBI's (3 doubles)

Michaella Johnson 2-3

Ashley Reed pitched 6 innings for the win. She allowed 8 hits, walked 1, and struck out 8.

The Lady Indians are on the road at Salisbury tomorrow night.

Last night the JV Lady Indians drubbed the Westran Hornets 12-2 to improve to 3-0 on the season. The girls scored in every inning of the contest and played solid defense. The girls look to continue their winning ways Thursday night at Salisbury.
