Roll On!! Quiz Bowl team headed to State!!

Back on Saturday, April 14th, there were a total of 97 schools in Class 3 around the state of Missouri trying to advance beyond Districts. At the end of that day the field had been whittled to just 16. On Wednesday, those 16 schools competed to fill out the 8 spots available for the MSHSAA State Tournament on May 5th.

Hallsville traveled to Boonville on Wednesday to vie for one of those 8 spots. This was a best of three series. During the first game, Hallsville jumped out to an early lead and continued to build upon that lead during each quarter. The final score of the first game was 520-160.

 The second game was a little closer but the same result. Hallsville won 390-220. After completing the second game, Hallsville became the Class 3 Sectional 4 Champion and will advance to the MSHSAA State Tournament on May 5th.
