FBLA State Competition
April 25, 2012
Hallsville High SchoolThis week FBLA held their annual State Leadership Conference which features competitions in business and technology events. The students first qualify at districts in February with the 1st and 2nd place finishers being invited to the state competition in written events and 1st place only in performance events.
Hallsville was represented by Tonia Bartlett in Intro to Business Communications and by Zach Bequette in Business Calculations and Mr. Future Business Leader.
FBLA only ranks the top 10 finishers in the state for each event (keep in mind all schools are combined together regardless of size).
Zach Bequette finished with a 9th place in Business Calculations and a 6th place for Mr. Future Business Leader of Missouri.
We are extremely proud of Hallsville FBLA.
Thanks,
Scott Daly and Kristi Deneke
