Lexington, KY -- The National Select 7 on 7 Championships presented by Under Armour, along with iHigh.com, the Global Youth Network, announced today that football fans across the country can view live video from a pair of high profile 7 on 7 football tournaments this weekend.

The Gulf Coast Regional 7 on 7 and the Southwest Elite 7 on 7 tournaments are qualifiers for the National Select 7 on 7 Championship presented by Under Armour, which will be held in Hoover, AL on July 21st - 23rd.

The Gulf Coast Regional 7 on 7 qualifier will be held on Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th in Foley, Alabama.

Also being held on Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th is the Southwest Elite 7 on 7 qualifier at elite7on7.com hosted by Shiloh Christian School in Springdale, Arkansas.

Teams taking part include Arkansas Baptist (AR), Bastrop (LA), Bentonville (AR), Broken Arrow (OK), Calvary Baptist (LA), Charleston (AR), El Dorado (AR), Fayetteville (AR), Greene County Tech (AR), Har-Ber (AR), Heritage Hall (OK), Hillcrest (MO), HS Lakeside (AR), Jonesboro (AR), Mayflower (AR), McAlester (OK), Midwest City (OK), Mountain Home (AR), Olive Branch (MS), Rogers Heritage (AR), Shiloh Christian (AR), Springdale (AR), Stillwater (OK), and Victory Christian (OK).

Haden Gilder, Director of the Southwest Elite 7 on 7 Tournament, says that the talent in this year's event - which includes Hillcrest WR Dorial Green-Beckham, the top-ranked player in the country - has never been stronger.

"We have had a tournament here the last few years, and I think it has been successful so that has obviously helped," Gilder said. "We believe it's the best 7 on 7 for competition in this region. Also, being associated with the National 7 on 7, and being a regional qualifier was obviously a big help for us to have some great teams/programs involved."

"The fact about these tournaments is that 75% of these teams' football players are unable to attend this event and the ability to give those players access to watch and support their team from home is a great way to include those players and their families who are not able to physically be with us," said Brandon Sheppard, Executive Director for the National Select 7 on 7 Championships. "We feel that iHigh.com provides an excellent service for high schools all around the country and are looking forward to iHigh being our web broadcasting partner for years to come."
