Base: Fast start propels Guerin past Lutheran

Guerin Catholic scored four runs in the first inning and hung on to down Lutheran 8-5 May 3. Adam Niedinger allowed ten hits in a complete game effort to get the win for the Eagles. Matt Pletzke led the offensive charge. He went 2 for 3 and drove in three runs.
