JV going strong undefeated; Varsity tough loss v. Greenwood

The volleyball team battled conference foe Greenwood on Tuesday night.

The JV team continues their undefeated season by beating Greenwood 25-18. 25-15.  Match
notables include: Andrea Lock with 2 solo blocks, Karissa Wentzell with 7 digs, Caroline Gabehart
with 7 digs, 5 kills, Lexi Hash added 8 kills, and Hannah Hook with 3 aces, 5 digs.

The Varsity team lost another tough conference match against Greenwood losing in 5 games 33-31,
25-21, 23-25, 13-25, 10-15.  Match notables include: Lauren Verkamp with 15 kills, 10 digs, Jess
Admire with 14 kills, 3 blocks, 4 aces, Megan Verkamp with 8 kills, 2 aces, Katelyn Kelly with 34 assists,
and Tara Parmer added 20 digs.  The varsity team is now 11-7 overall and 3-2 in conference.
