The girls XC team finished 6th out of 14 teams in the highly competitive Franklin Invitational on Saturday.  The meet featured 3 teams ranked in the state's top 10.   The Grizzly Cubs were led by Morgan McCarter who finished 26th.  She was followed by the pack of Katie Smith, Sandy Lam, and Traci Smith in 38th, 40th, and 44th.  Freshmen Katie Hotopp and Zoe Piotrowski ran solid races in their varsity 5k debuts.

 

The XC teams are next in action on September 8th at the Eagle Classic hosted by Brown County High School.
