Heartbreak loss to Quakers 5-6

Last night the Junior Varsity Baseball team traveled to Plainfield and lost a heartbreaker 6-5 to the Quakers.  The Quakers came back from down 5-0 to win the game in the bottom of the 7th inning.  The Grizzly Cub offense was paced by Cody Fowler with a three-run home run and Evan Dudley pitched very well to give the team a chance to win.  The team now falls to 9-4 on the season and 8-3 in conference play.  The Grizzly Cubs will next be in action at home tonight at 5:30 against Plainfield.
